@OperationDefault does not work with dataset properties of the stage operation

Description

When using the annotation @OperationDefault to stage from a data-set-name, the test throws error ERR_STAGE_OPERATION, with a log entry:

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Key name 'source-file-path' has already been used in this context

I have reproduced the error in a standalone project. I am emailing this as a zip file.

Environment

Windows 7
Java 7
etlunit-3.9.5
